I made this for a pilot retiring from Air Canada. I love how it turned out!!!

After 4 years of experimenting on my kids birthday cakes I decided to take my interest further and take cake decorating classes. That is where my real interest started to show. After the first class I knew this is what I am meant to do. I absolutely love to design and create but the best part of it is seeing and hearing peoples reactions and comments. I love to make people happy and what better way to do it. So please comment on any of my cakes, it will definitely help me for future reference.
